MEET THE TEAM
 ANDREW THORESEN BSEE, PE Mr. Thoresen is a licensed, professional engineer in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Idaho. Mr. Thoresen is also a professional photographer and is well known for his forensic (and portrait) photography. As an example, outside of forensics, Mr. Thoresen routinely volunteers his time to photograph events for charitable organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation. This unique skill allows Mr. Thoresen to document fire scenes and evidence in an unparalleled way. Additionally, Mr. Thoresen has unique experience as an engineer and has testified in both criminal and civil trials. Mr. Thoresen started Oracle Forensics in 2004 and has been the lead engineer nationally on over two-thousand cases in his career. Mr. Thoresen received his electrical engineering degree from Marquette University. |  DEREK YOUNG Electrical Engineer, PE Mr. Young is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. He received his electrical engineering degree from Arizona State University and has spent his entire professional career in the forensic engineering industry. His tasks at Oracle Forensics include: loss site documentation and preservation, evidence collection, engineering analysis, 3D modeling of fire scenes, arc-mapping, advanced photography techniques, microscopy, radiography, and fluoroscopy. In his spare time, Mr. Young is an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. |
 RYAN TIMMONSChE After being crowned National Champion in Chemistry Lab (Science Olympiad) during high school, Mr. Timmons attended Stanford University where he received his chemical engineering degree. Mr. Timmons consults for Oracle Forensics on a range of topics, with a primary focus in thermodynamic and kinetic modeling. Mr. Timmons also provides marketing and financial analysis support for Oracle Forensics. |  JOHN BARTOSCH Computer Animation Specialist, CS John is an honors graduate of Arizona State University in the field of Industrial Technology. While at Arizona State University, John studied Graphic Information Technology which trained him in animation, web design and print design. John has a rich background in 3D modeling, animation, digital media and print marketing. In 2007, John joined Oracle Forensics Inc. as a 3D Animator. |
